Terms of Service

The service and what your subscription covers

KillToken™ is a software-as-a-service subscription for the gateway and control plane only: request optimization and measurement, dashboard analytics, exact-response caching and idempotency, exports, and tenant administration. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices shown on /pricing.

KillToken™ is not a model provider and never resells model usage. Provider traffic runs on your own bring-your-own-key (BYOK) credentials and is billed by your provider directly, under your agreement with that provider.

Your responsibilities (BYOK)

• You are responsible for the provider accounts and API keys you connect, including the usage and charges they incur.
• You must have the rights and authority to send the data you route through your provider accounts, and your use must comply with each provider's terms.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your KillToken™ API keys and dashboard credentials, and for the activity that occurs under your tenant.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for illegal activity or to cause harm;
• abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or other tenants;
• share, sell, or pool tenant credentials or API keys across organizations;
• probe, scan, or security-test the service without our prior written permission;
• attempt to access another tenant's data or circumvent tenant isolation, plan limits, or rate limits.

Limits, suspension, and beta status

Plans include monthly request allowances, and the service applies abuse rate limits; both can be enforced automatically (for example, requests beyond your plan's monthly allowance receive a clear quota error until the month resets or you upgrade). We may suspend or restrict access that we reasonably believe is abusive, unlawful, a security risk, or harmful to the service or other tenants. During the beta period, features may change, and some capabilities are explicitly marked as preview; we will communicate material changes through the dashboard or by email.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Savings figures are measurements and estimates, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LenderFuel.Media, LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to KillToken™ in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we will update the date above and provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
