Refunds & Cancellation

We keep billing simple and predictable: monthly subscriptions, self-serve cancellation, and a human at support@killtoken.io when something doesn't feel right.
How billing works
KillToken™ subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at the plan prices on /pricing. Your subscription covers the gateway and control plane — dashboard, analytics, cache, and exports. You can change plans, update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel at any time through the Manage billing button in the dashboard, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect according to your Stripe subscription state — typically at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access to what you paid for through the period you already purchased. Your data and configuration remain available while your account is in good standing.
Provider bills are separate
KillToken™ is strict BYOK: your model usage runs on your own provider accounts (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) and is billed by those providers directly. KillToken™ cannot see, control, or refund provider charges — those are governed by your agreement with each provider. In fact, reducing that provider bill is the product.
Refunds
We handle refund requests case by case — email support@killtoken.io with your tenant name and what happened. If a billing error is ours (for example, a double charge), we will make it right. We don't promise blanket refunds beyond that, and partial months are generally not refunded, but we read every request and we are reasonable people.
